Are records for Killucan available before 1821? I know via NLI Catholic parish registers that Baptisms and Marriages can be searched online from 1821. If I need records before that date would they be held by the individual churches?

Ah, that's brilliant, early 1800's is what I was looking for. Was thinking that the records were incomplete for that time frame.

Killucan baps 1701 to 1899 and marriages 1793 to 1899

I have a Coyne / Codd issue over in Kinnegad Parish. I have been told that Coyne is generally a Catholic name and Codd a protestant one
