Hi everyone!
Could anyone help me locate where the grave "13-93" is in the Hedon Road Cemtery please?
I haven't found a way of finding where abouts the graves are if you only have a plot number.
Thank you very much,
Tony.

Have you contacted the local council to ask if a plan of the cemetery is available?

Hi Anthony
Cecked the books for Hedon Road Cemetery and the only one in the books is for a Thomas J Beecroft, Blacksmith of 3 Havelock Villas, Havelock Streeet aged 38yrs along with his son.
There are two Beacock, William David age 67yrs Tailor of 9, Ernest Villas, Crowle Street and wife Hannah age 59yrs of 22 East Street.

Hi gogogadgetlegs!
Thank you very much for your help! That means that there is unfortunately no headstone which is a shame. I know for definite that they were buried there.
Where abouts would the plot be? Could you take a picture of the map inside your book please?
Thanks,
Tony.

Hi, Sadly it does not show any places for unmarked graves, this is why i looked for the actual Monumental Inscroption, which i could then send you a rough idea where the fgrave would be situated.

Okay can't you do it from the plot and grave number?
-
Hi Tony,
The Hull History Centre has, on microfilm, the burial registers of Hedon Road Cemetery. From there you will be able to find the location of the grave. The centre also has copies of the maps of plots on the microfilms.
Also, contact the Breavements Service of the council. My great grandparents are buried in an unmarked grave n the same cemetery, I contacted the service and the warden of the cemetery met me and showed me where the grave is.
Hope this helps

No unfortunatly, East Riding Family History society who printed the books only gave inscriptions from actual gavestones.

As you live in Hull Anthony...I think Ian's advice is the best way forward.

Hi everyone!
Not a problem, yes I live in Hedon anyway so it will be easy to meet with someone there! I'll let you know if I get sorted.
Thanks for your help!

Hi there!
We know two people who are interred at Hedon Road, and just wondered if anyone has come across their graves at all? The details we have are as follows :-
Florence Edith Cook, b 12 Dec 1866, d 5 Dec 1949, buried on 10 Dec 1949
Henry James Cook, b 18 Oct 1869, d 25 Dec 1950, buried on 30 Dec 1950
Gogogadgetlegs, I don't know if you are able to help with what you have in your monumental inscriptions at all?
Many thanks in advance to you all!
