Can anyone tell me where I might be able to view 1857 newspapers for the Dudley area if any exist? Thank you

Thank you for your replies. I have an ancestor who died in Tipton, after being in a iron stone mine accident involving gun powder. I thought it might have been in the local papers. It happened in September 1857.
