She died Spalding reg district 7 Dec 2010.

Presumably her parents marriage
Marriages Sep 1915   
Hughes    James   
Yarrow    Lillian K

You should be able to find Lilian K Yarrow's birth on freebmd,
then check the GRO index https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp
which will give her mothers maiden name.

To get more information on JAMES Hughes you will need the marriage certificate

james hughes, aged 22, and a rivet maker.
son of james hughes.
1 wensleydale street, west hartlepool.

lillian kate yarrow, aged 19, and a spinster.
daughter of joseph oliver yarrow.
37 winter street, west hartlepool.
