Title: St Phillip & St Jacob baptism 1824
Post by: lcsnor on Sunday 08 April 18 00:27 BST (UK)
I'm interested in the record for Ann Davis, 8 Feb 1824.  Does the register give father's occupation? Parents are James & Elizabeth.

Thanks so much for any help  :)

Yes - I’ve seen that on Ancesrty and I have the census info.  I strongly suspect that the mother’s maiden name of Lawrence is actually incorrect.
Wanted to see if register confirmed father’s occupation to give some validation as to whether this is the correct Ann.
