I am looking for the parents of Walter Mcdonald and Mary Ann Colbert. So their daughter was born in England. According to her marriage certificate in Spokane, Washington, USA to Jesse Albert Moulin, her parents were Walter Mcdonald and Mary Ann Colbert. It shows Walter as being born in Scotland and Mary Ann Colbert being born in England. I found another death certificate for another son named James Mcdonald in Wyoming that lists the parents as being born in Ireland. So I'm kind of all over the place on this one.

Looks like they married in a registry office so you will have to get a copy of the marriage certificate
it will tell you the fathers names of both bride and groom.
Whitehaven registration district, 1873 July/August/September quarter Volume 10b page 937.
ADDED
Notes on the 1910 census James McDonald states he came to the USA 1895.
