I notice that the Thomas's name is transcribed as Rowbotham or Rowbathon.

The marriage bond, held at the Nation Library, is Rowbathon, which is what it looks like on the register.

It might be worth ordering a copy because it may have details of parents - http://discover.library.wales

The only Sarah James I can find was baptised in Montgomery on 27th October 1734, daughter of William and Sarah.

Two siblings - Catherine 6 Jan 1727 and Edward 19 Nov 1732.
