Hi, I am trying to find parents of Henry Cunliffe born 04/08/1880 Wigan/Haslingden I thought searching census records 1881-1891 would be a possibility ?? I believe his family may have occupation connected with mining.
Any help appreciated.

I found information in library Ancestry.
1939 England and Wales Register.
