Hello all, I have posted this on Hampshire page, hoping its the right board to find Mary Wood who married a Henry or Harry Tayler on the 12/5/1709 Temple Guiting Gloucestershire, the record states that she came from Alston Parish, she died 16/4/1730 St. Mary Charlton Gloucestershire. Thanking you all. :-[

Alston is about 250 miles from Temple Guiting ???

The original image does say Henry Taylor of Charlton Abbotts and Mary Wood of Alston.....I wonder if that should be Alstone instead??? Alstone Gloucestershire (was in Worcestershire back then) only 5 miles from Charlton Abbots and only 2 miles from Charlton Kings.
There is a baptism for a Mary Wood at Alstone in 1672, d/o James & Jone. Although this would make her 37 in 1709.

A better fit is the baptism of Mary Wood, d/o Richard & Mary, 1682, Alstone Worcester.

Thank you all for your help I searched the Gloucester CD and it definitely listed that Mary was from Alston, I also searched Ancestry they had Alcester Worcester, which one is right. :-[ The further back you search its get harder. :-\
