James (Jimmy) Thomson was janitor and lived in West Bridgend Schoolhouse in 1935. I'm trying to find out more about him, how long he lived here etc. He has such a common name its difficult to find his death record

They might be able to help you  with School records ...What year was James born and was he married

Thank you.  I did manage to find some information today including his death in Helensburgh.  I'll contact the Heritage Centre because I would like to know how long he was Janitor

The Helensburgh library has burial records if you need information ..The  staff  are  very helpful at the Dumbarton Library so fingers crossed
