I have a Mary Lambert born 1815 to William and Margaret Lambert and in 1841 census she is not on there. Found a baptism for her. Also a Jane Lambert is on the 1841 census as daughter to my relatives. I have a death for her in 1843 aged 28 years and single to same parents and she is down as having 1815 birth also but no baptism record. I wonder did Mary die soon after birth and were they twins. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Baptisms;
St Mary and St Stephen, Wolsingham to WILLIAM/MARGARET
MARY 31 Dec 1815 (as you say likely died as another Mary Bapt 1821)
MARGARET 21 Jun 1818
MARY 04 Nov 1821
ELIZABETH 10 Oct 1824
RACHEL 26 Aug 1827 buried as RACHEL ANN 10 Oct 1830 age 3 (Daug of William/Margaret)
WILLIAM WREN LAMBERT 10 Oct 1830 buried 02 Aug 1847 age 17
ELEANOR 03 May 1835
CHRISTOPHER 11 Nov 1836
Only JANE I can find was Bapt same Church 13 Apr 1817 to MARK/ANN
Did William have a Brother Mark?
1841 Census does not show relationships so Jane may not be their Daughter.
Mary 1821 may have married before the 1841 Census.

Thank you to all for taking the time to look and reply to me. I am very grateful. So Jane may have been some relative. I only found her as part of the family or so I thought. Also found her death. I visited the churchyard but could not find any headstones for any of them. I am not sure about Williams birth or siblings.

I think the birth above which Trish posted yesterday is very likely. There are a few Christopher's in the County, just to reiterate yesterdays post, there is this record on freereg which adds a bit of info.
