Title: Help with 4 words on heading to a 1622 inventory (English secretary hand)

This is my first ever post so please be gently with me if I inadvertently do something amiss.

I've been struggling over a very small part of a short note attached to a will dating from 1620 (written in English secretary hand), I'm 99% there but the scribe has used some abbreviations that are beyond me so I was wondering if anybody can assist.

My best translation so far of note is (corrections welcomed):

A note taken the xvi daye of July in
the yeare of our Lord god 1620 of
 ? ? ? ? Pursonel goodes and
chattles that hee dyed in possession of

and as you can see the first 4 words of the third line are those I need help with (the first of them might be "all" perhaps).

All (polite) suggestions and guidance welcomed as it's been driving me nuts for weeks now.

I think the date is the 15th. What follows xv is a superscript "th".

Thank you to everybody who replied. The answer is "...all Mistress Anne Purslowe's ... shee died in possession of.". By cross referencing with W. Fry's catalogue of Worcester wills I now see that this is part of her probate, not the ancestor I was researching (dates and location matched as did local records office reference).
