Morning all,
I have had in my possession a few old wills that I cannot fathom out whatsoever. C1500-1700.
I have also been sent a few of them and others as well.
Is there anyone out there that may be able to transcribe them please?

For any further pages, it would be better to split into 2 or 3 sections and enlarge. I think you’re allowed up to 900kb for each image.
The right-hand edge of this is not fully clear, but here’s a first go. No doubt others will chip in.

@bookbox
Amazing thank you very much.
I will post up two parts to each page from page 2 later.
-
Thanks again. Finally I am getting to grips with things and I found time to copy these.
From the same Will.
Same translation again please.
-
To help our eyes, please post much larger images, as requested earlier.
These are both well under 100Kb. You're allowed up to 900Kb per image. (The advice below says 500Kb, but I believe that's been increased.)

I have it as a PDF but the images are as jog using the snip tool in Office.
Will try for a larger image.
-
Is this one better?
Not sure I can get it bigger
-
I have split the pdf in to individual ones.
Hope this is better.

LM, the .PDF is much better but it doesn't contain the same text as the .JPGs posted earlier. I believe it jumps ahead to the end of the will.
I have done the first 11 lines of the .PNG posted at your Reply #7, just to keep things moving:

Sonne any thing herein above wrytten & geven unto John my son

ADDED:
This also doesn't seem to be continuous with what Bookbox posted a few days ago?
Would you please check where we are in the doc before posting another PDF.
Also, I (and most others) prefer to do chunks of about 8 - 10 lines at a time. More than that and it feels like hard work.
-
The other pdfs are all over 500kb and the site won't allow me to upload them :(
OK I will go back to Page one and do 10 lines at a time.
Take me a couple of hours to sort them and then post.
-
You may like to try the Windows Snipping Tool.
See my Reply #6 here:

Thanks, I have been using the snipping tool but saving as jpg and it was too small.
I have now saved a png.
Here is the first one.

How are these ?

How are these ?
They hold their resolution when zoomed to readable size, so they are pretty good. However, it would be better still if you zoomed the original PDF to a larger size before you make the snip.
I believe this text was done by Bookbox a few days ago.
-
Will zoom in.
I repeated the original for comparison.
Thanks :)

Thanks you very much for all the help :)

Note that there appears to be a faint ye (= the) at the end of page 1 which provides the continuity between Bookbox's transcript in Reply #2 and where I started in Reply #9.
