This is a very random question but I am trying to find out about a family living at Green Bottom between 1881 and 1921 and wondered how big Green Bottom was, what its population would have been- and if there are any specific OPC records online.
It seems that the 1911 census has some entries but I can only find these if I know the surname. I have several factors that i am trying to discount and wondered if Green Bottom is included in any OPC for Gloucestershire.
Sorry to be so vague at this stage but I am looking for a needle in a haystack and have a lot of hay to wade through!!!!

1911 has 5 people with Green Bottom as their birthplace - all living in Gloucs
If you google “how big is green bottom in gloucestershire” some interesting photos come up. Seems to be quite a small place - classed as a hamlet on one hit

Thak you so very very much. I had found 3 I think with the surname williams but to know there are only 5 entries that is encouraging. Thank you so very much- I will have another look later.

I am still struggling to find the 5 entries to which you refer.

Thank you so very very much

Which website are you searching on. If you have found some living at Green Bottom you should be able to see their neighbours

Hi
I had a look to see which RD Green Bottom came under but it's not listed. 2 of the 5 entries give it as East Dean which is Westbury on Severn RD
