Trying to find a baptism or birth for James Morgan born 1848 Magor Monmouthshire
He married Elizabeth Powell and the  have found details up the the present time for ancestors.
Am unable to find James Morgan parents and siblings

He appears to be on the 1851 with parents Walter & Charlotte as per Family Search

Don't know whether you already have this but Magor came under Newport RD and there is only one David Morgan (James brother) birth in that RD 1848-1849

GRO search shows mmn as Bocquet - strange surname.  Problem is I can't find any other birth with that mmn

Walter appears to be a widower in 1841.  There is an 1843 marriage in Newport with a Charlotte Rex on same page
