Post by: MaidinEngland on Monday 17 January 22 01:35 GMT (UK)
Can anyone help with this place name please?  Transcribed by FindMyPast as "Bockellon" and looks correct but I can't find anything close.

Tks

Bockleton?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bockleton

I doubt this is an error by FindMyPast, since this is the spelling also given on the UK Archives site.

Possibly originally written Bockelton on the document, but without a clear cross line on the top of T.

John Hall’s baptism is easy to find on FamilySearch. However the original poster does not seem interested anymore. :(
