Does anyone have a connection to kerr or carrfamilies in crosscanonby throughout the middle 19th century..

1911 has 904 entries in Cumberland for the surname Carr & 318 for Kerr

Would be better if you posted details of which family you are researching

researched Elizabeth Kerr 1871 in Paisley who married W Wallace, divorced then married Robert  Niven. May be later than you want.
