It's certainly a possibility. Writing is poor but her residence address looks to be Skeach [sic], and her father Le(o)nard a farmer.

Just for the record, here's the civil registration for the marriage, in the 1st Presbyterian Church Dromore on 6 August 1847, of 19 year old spinster Nancy McNeal of Skeagh, daughter of John McNeal a farmer, to 30 year old bachelor and weaver Leonard Boston of the neighbouring townland of Tullindoney, son of John Boston a farmer:

Just to note, a John Boston of Tullindoney died in 1900 at a reported age of 92, possibly a brother or cousin of Leonard? (Added: later post indicates brother)

From the tithe applotment books: Boston, John Townland: Tullindoney Year: 1834

At the Church of Ireland, Dromore, on 29 October 1847, Eliza Boston, about 21 years old, of Tullindoney in the parish of Dromore, married a Thomas Smyth of Taughblane in the parish of Hillsborough, the bride's father was recorded as John Boston a farmer, one of the witnesses was a 'John Boston Jr':

From a transcription of Dromore (Church of Ireland) Parish records, a 78 year old John Boston of Tullindoney died or was buried on 17 February 1857.
An Elizabeth Boston died at Tullindoney on 13 January 1875 at a reported age of 92, described as a widow of the farming class, the informant present at death was John Boston of that address:

From transcription of Dromore (Church of Ireland) Parish records, a James Boston was born on 31 May 1806 to John Boston and Elizabeth 'McAriston' of 'Lisnacurren', and was baptised the next day. The same couple with that same address had a son John baptised on 25 April 1808 (looks like the John at my reply #13), also a son William baptised on 5 June 1813 (born 1 June) and a daughter Ann baptised on 23 June 1816 (born 11 June). The Diocesan and Prerogative Marriage Licence Bonds Indexes include an entry in 1805 under the Diocese of Down, Connor & Dromore for a John Boston and Elizabeth 'McCaniston':

Added: In relation to what her surname is, the tithe applotment books show the following entries around Dromore town:
McCariston, Jno. Townland: Marabeg Year: 1834
McCarriston, Alexr. Townland: Islanderry Year: 1834
McCarriston, Arthur Townland: Ballyvicknakelly Year: 1834
McCarriston, Richd. Townland: Quilly Year: 1834
McCarriston, Wm. Townland: Ballynaris Year: 1834
For example, Ballyvicknacally:

... a James Boston was born on 31 May 1806 to John Boston and Elizabeth 'McAriston' of 'Lisnacurren' ...
The database of the Northern Ireland Place-Name Project based within the department of Irish & Celtic Studies at Queen's University, Belfast shows 'Lisnacurran' as an abbreviation of Listullycurran, current of use in 1834 (source: Ordnance Survey Name Books), so I'm thinking that's a reasonable contender, given its location:

The surnames section of the Ros Davies website is worth having a look through, it has an entry for 'Betty' McCOSTIN / McARISTON / McCORSTIN / McCARRISON (and John Boston) in the following surname section:
https://www.rosdavies.com/SURNAMES/Mc/McCar.htm
A corresponding entry is under John Boston in the following surname section.
https://www.rosdavies.com/SURNAMES/B/BoaBot.htm
These entries mention further children to this couple - Robert (1819), Eliza (1821), Samuel (1823), Margaret (1826-30), and Ellen (1828).
There is also an entry for Leonard Boston that mentions his wife and children.

An Ellen Boston of Tullindoney married a Thomas Robinson in Moira Presbyterian Church on 18 February 1854, her father was recorded as John Boston a farmer, so possibly the sister to Leonard b. 1828 (mentioned at reply #19 above).
At the moment there may be an issue with the 'irishgenealogy' website as I'm struggling to post a link, but it should be very easy to find there.
