A relative of mine, Margaret Winifred Mehaffey was born 28 Apr 1920, and bapt 23 May 1920 at St Michael's church, Chiswick, London to parents Joseph Mehaffey, bricklayer, and Eva Louise Olivia (nee Young). Eva was born 23 Apr 1889 in Chiswick. I cannot find the family in uk census of 1921?
I have also hit a brick wall as I cannot find the marriage of Joseph and Eva anywhere, or any information about the parents after this date? Any help or guidance will be gratefully accepted.

In 1921, she is in Old Brentford, with Margaret. No Joseph McHaffy

In numerous online trees she is shown as Evelyn but none have any marriage details; perhaps they never married.
-
There is a Joseph McHaffy, b. 1879, Belfast in Plumstead, on 1921 census
-
Is it possible Joseph was already married. Occupation and age tie in 1939 register. Not sure of his occ in 1921--do not have access.
