A lease dated 1800 - need help with placename could be somewhere near Kilskeery parish, Co Tyrone (or possibly Fermanagh?)

Can you post a bigger snip so that the style of writing and letter formation in words can be looked at?

What document was the original snip image taken from?

As yet, there doesn't appear to be a townland or place name corresponding to your snip.

I came across another reference to this townland in the registry of deeds and it is readable -

The name was recorded as Derrynaspinick and Doogery

Doogary is in Kilskeery parish in Tyrone so I now assume Dernispenick or Derrynaspenick was a sub-townland of Doogary.

Here is a link via the parish of Kilskeery to Doogary Townland

https://www.townlands.ie/tyrone/east-omagh/kilskeery/drumharvey/doogary/

It does not mention any subtownlands
