The 1831 census for Co Londonderry has survived. There’s only 1 Pollock household in the parish of Balteagh. William Pollock in Ballyleagheny whose family consisted of 5 males, 1 female and 1 female servant. All Presbyterian.

Townland is probably more commonly spelled Ballyleagry.
Unfortunately Balteagh Presbyterian church has no baptism records before 1868 so if this is your family and they attended that church, sadly there are no useful records to search.
You mention the surname Campbell. There were 2 Campbell farms in Balteagh in the tithe applotment records in 1828. One was in Terrydremont which is where Sarah Pollock died in 1883. So they were apparently neighbours.

Terrydremont in 1901 had 42 houses and a population of about 150.

The Presbyterian congregation of Balteagh had been established in 1823 by people originally attached to Drumachose Presbyterian congregation, in the nearby town of Limavady (then known as Newtownlimavady). A petition by the congregation naming the families was created - they were petitioners seeking a share of the Regium Donum Fund, otherwise known as the Royal Bounty for the congregation.
The petition (1828-1829) from Balteagh is found amongst a bundle of various papers relating to the payment of Regium Donum (NAI: OP1/685/2). It lists approximately 200 Presbyterian families, comprising 1,023 individuals, residing in sixteen townlands lying to the south-east of the town of Limavady. An article about this valuable census substitute can be found in the Irish Genealogist, vol. 13, No. 2, (2011).
