Have you found a death for Sarah before the baptism of Eliza Matilda.
-
No I've not found death record for Sarah.
Most interested in the Thomas and Mary marriage, which I cannot find.
Was just trying to understand the T+S branch to keep it separate from the T+M family I am researching.

Is it possible the entry is a error by the clerk, especially if the entry was not made immediately?
There is a William King and his wife Mary baptising children during the same time period.
possible first child Catherine bap. 12 April 1812
Thomas and Sarah's daughter Elizabeth is bap. 12 May 1812 just a month later
So Eliza Matilda could belong to Thomas and Sarah her bap. would fit between George 1808 and Elizabeth 1812. They have a child every two years.
OR
She is the first child of William and Mary. I haven't found a marriage of a William and Mary yet.

There is an Eliza King who married John King at Tackley 13 October 1828.
Witnesses are William King and Elizabeth King.
Cannot be 100% but if Eliza is the daughter of Thomas and Sarah she has a brother William and a sister Elizabeth.
Bit of a puzzle though as she marries another King.
