On the baptism of William Roache, August 27th, 1831, third entry from bottom right, I can't quite make out the surname of the (single) sponsor, Catherine B..... Perhaps Bourke?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Possibly Barker - looking at the name Corker to the left ?
Kay

Bourke
Ends in "ke". There is no "r" at the end.

That surname is Cosker. A variant/synonym of Cosgrave/Cosgrove.

Tricky isn't it. I think I would go with BARKER.
