Civil registration of births in Ireland started in 1864 so for earlier births you need to search for church records? Were the family Catholic of Protestant (if so, what denomination?)
Did he marry? if so, when and where? any parents listed on marriage record?
When and where did he die? any parents listed in that record?

There is a marriage in 1870 of a John Kirker to a Mary Clarke in Armagh. His father was John Kirker, farmer. He was full age & Mary a minor.
