Hi,
in some past posts I've asked for someone to search for an Edward KEECH of Marston Moretaine. However only an Edmond Keech seemed to be around.
So if anyone would be helpful enough to do this for me,can anyone look for Edward KEECH in Bedfordshire in the above 2 census-just to make sure that I'm not going down the wrong path by thinking that the Edward Keech transcribed by that name in Marston Moretaine parish registers of 1866 is actually Edmond Keech and the Edward was a mistranscription.
Whilst I suppose he might be anywhere ,if he exists ,in Bedfordshire it's probably safe to assume he is around the Marston Moretaine,Wooton area.
Hope thats not been as clear as mud ??? and you understand what I actually mean-lol
Many thanks to anyone willing to do this search for me,
Trisha :) :) :)

Hi Tricia,
no he wasn't born in 1866 but his illegitimate son was.In Marston Moretaine parish registers Edward Keech is named as the father of Ann Timms' son.He is also called 'a labourer of Marston'.I am trying to find a man born circa 1810-1850 who might have lived in Marston in 1866.The only way I can think of doing this is by looking at the census either side of that date.
