I haven't been able to find Ester on the info provided. Do you know who she might be with?


The closest match I can see, after a quick look, is an Esther Davies, born 1858, Eardisland Herefordshire. Parents John & Ann.


Any other information that you might have regarding Ester's family would help to locate her.

The surname on the image looks as though it may have been written as Davies but with the 'e' then blacked out. There is no husband with this family

Unfortunately I know very little, Esther marries William Owen born Bromsgrove, Worcester in 1876 in Barrow in Furness Lancashire, I have her on census from 1881 onwards as Esther Owen, in 1871 William was still in Bromsgrove.
Once I discovered her maiden name was Davis I posted on this board, I have no further information I'm afraid.

I really meant help from other people doing searches- she's proving somewhat elusive on 1871, unfortunately
