The page is a bit  faint so I have taken a bit of a stab at the welsh names.

Thanks so much for this - it is definitely the family I am searching for.
I had been searching for him in Nantmel Radnorshire, where he had been in1881. 
I will have to check for him in 1901 now I have an idea of where he could be.  Thank you for your help.
