Where can I find records of Chelsea Pensioners from the early nineteenth century?
1851 Census, Edward Owens, aged 77, Chelsea pensioner 1/2 pay, possibly blind?

The only Edward Owens Chelsea pensioner born Radnorshire I can find in TNA catalogue
WO 97/1145/194 EDWARD OWENS Born LLANBISTER, Radnorshire Served in 81st Foot Regiment; 3rd Garrison Battalion Discharged aged 18 Years of enlistment and discharge are unknown. Covering dates give a generic date range only. 1760-1854
