hi jackie s. o. t. i,m nora T, s. o. t. great site this is,nt it they helped me a lot . see you. nora T :D ;) ;)
-
hi nora,
yes they are very friendly, felt a bit of a fool first time they are very helpful, bit unsure at the moment so buying the census for each area my family is in, costing a lot of money didn't know the site was so helpful.
all the best,
jackie.

Hi Jackie,
Just so you know,if you are the person that started the thread you cant delete it by hitting the delete button because it will tell you that your not allowed,as you found, any other messages can be deleted that way (if you posted them)
If you want to delete a thread that you started you need to look right at the bottom of the messages on that thread where you will find a 'delete topic' button.
Hope this helps,Mick ;)
-
Hi'ya Jackie,
You are very welcome to the site it is very tricky when everything is so new !
Kazza has deleted your message but we can always move them about for you if you think it is in the wrong place ;D
We wish you the very best of Luck with your research.
