And have you noticed how busy the other sites are
ie: Freebmd, Ancestry.com etc
For the last few days I have had
"Please come back soon"
"Server busy"
It must be down to "Who do you think you are"
and the many ads place on the web for searching ancestors ;)

We doubled the memory in our main RootsChat server on Monday to allow for the extra load!

Yup, and hopefully he will be negotiating bigger revenue from the advertisements on the site - if not I will personally mount a campaign to make sure he does ;D

Heh, we wouldn't sell out, Sarah and I have too much fun running it, and being amonst such lovely people as yourselves, and with such outstanding moderators. Oh, and besides, what on earth would we do if we did sell! It doesn't bear thinking about, we won't be giving up the "baby"!

Congrats on most online as was waiting for the 400 barrier, now its crossed everything for the 500 mark which will be soon, considering how many rootschatters we have registered. What happens if they ALL log on at once! ???

Trystan, I'm doing this constantly, I sing Rootschat's praises wherever I go! Don't worry mate, it will continue to grow and grow. You are right, it's the lovely people here that make it what it is!
