I have found

1 Leaf Road, Eastbourne, Parish of All Souls. Eastbourne Central Ward
and
1 Leaf Terrace, Eastbourne, Christ Church, Eastbourne  East Ward

Will now try and find them on the 1901 census

Sorry unknown that is all my grandmother gave me. the reason i need to know who lived there as there is a mystery regarding her parents.
