Does anybody know where this very useful database has gone ? I know it was taken over by the National Trust a few years ago but none of the old links are working and it doesn't appear to be listed/linked on the NT site any longer. Googling only raised the old links also.

Thanks Ruskie, but I have tried that site several times in the last three/four days and keep getting the same reply: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."
It seems unlikely to have been "temporarily unavailable" for that length of time. Are the NT no longer hosting the database ?

I used it last week. Maybe try again in a day or two - there may be a problem their end.

I think it's been quite a while since the NT hosted it.

Added: The link that I supplied above is working for me at the moment.

Yup - OK now. They must have been doing some maintenance or something.
Thanks for your help.
