Title: U.S. Petitions for Naturalization/Minors Interpretation
Post by: McLernon on Wednesday 01 March 06 22:31 GMT (UK)
If the Petition form is for a 'Minor' and is printed as such, does that mean the applicant is a minor when he/she immigrated or does it mean he/she is a minor at the time of application of the Petition? I suspect the former rather than the latter based on two petitions I have. Can anyone confirm how to interpret the form?

Thanks
