Does anyone use the UK BDM Exchange site at http://www.ukbdm.co.uk/
The site allows you to enter full details on any certificates you may have in your possession and then allows full searches. Its a great idea but there are not that many entries on it yet. Obviously the more who use it the more useful it will be.

Looks a good idea.
I think I'll start adding to it tomorrow.
-
Great - hopefully you will be adding several hundred Tymons!
-
After reading your email, I registered and will start listing tomorrow. Figure that i might as well share the information I have collected and I just might meet someone who is looking for the same family. You inspired me!
- If only there were somebody putting in my names???
- Kristin ;D

Ticker,
Sorry, I dont have any Tymons in my tree yet. ;)
If I come across one, I'll let you know. ;D

This is a great site, I have just discovered information about one of my gr grandmothers sisters family and am now collecting the info I have to send off to the person concerned. Next step is to list all the certificates I have on the site in the hope I can help someone.

Hi Kirstin, interested in your Tyson family as they are mine also! Andrew Tyson was my 4XGreat Grandfather.I have the 1841 WRY census and have found some Tysons in the Knaresbrough/Fewston area plus Miles Robinson and family.Look forward to hearing from you.

Just a reminder to use this site. It's a great idea, but the database is so tiny at the moment its not a great deal of use. It has potential though.

Cheers Mo. I'm looking forward to the day when there's a Tymon on there that I haven't put on myself! :-\
-
Ticker - I found a Timon for you - in my illustrated Shakespeare - Timon of Athens. Any good?
O well, better luck next time.
-
Alas! I knew him well! ;D
-
No, good sir, 'twas poor Yorick that thee knew well.
-
Yes, from Hamlet I believe. Unfortunately I don't know my Timon of Athens in spite of him being my 14th cousin 6 times removed so I used a little poetic licence! ;D ;D ;D
