Title: Phillips family - Stonemasons and tailors in Knighton area

I am looking for any information that anyone might have about the Phillips family from the Knighton, Llandewey/Llandewi and Llanbister areas please.

Reese Phillips c 1816 Llanfair Waterdine, Llandewi, Radnorshire being as far back as I could.

Any help would be appreciated.

In all the 1841, 51 and 61 census, Rees appears to be around Llandewi.
The parish register for Llandewi has been transcribed and published.
It's available from
http://www.parishchest.com
Click on Family History Societies on the menu, then Powys FHS, then Parish Registers.
