The only information I have is from marriage certificate for William Forder and Emma Messer They were married at St Paul's Church, Deptford, Kent & Surrey.
From their marriage certificate William's father is shown as John Forder, shoemaker and Emma's father is William Messer, mariner. The witnesses are shown as William Messer and Elizabeth Forder. It is likely that Elizabeth was William's mother. By 1851 census Elizabeth is shown as widow.

I have found a Forder family living in Deptford, although the mother's name is Sarah, it might be worth a look.

Three of the children match the 1851 census, so I think you have found the right family.
William John b 1826 in Deptford
Jane b 1837 in Deptford
George T b 1840
Sarah is about the right age for Elizabeth, maybe it's a middle name.
