I was hoping someone may be able to tell me something about Levin's Bridge Drogheda. My grandfather, Peter Moore was born there in 1865. He was the son of Patrick Moore and Catherine Segrave.
Any information would be gratefully received. If possible some directions on how to get there from Drogheda.

Just did a quick google and wondered if it could be 'Leighlinbridge' you are looking for? but thats in County Carlow (http://www.carlowtourism.com/mleighlinbridge.html) ..... ?? I will ask a friend today who is from around Drogheda to ask her if she ever heard of Levin Bridge and will post back ........

This is the information off the birth certificate.
Peter Moore
Born 5th April 1865 (long time ago)
at Levin's Bridge, Drogheda
District of St Mary's
Union of Drogheda
County of Meath.
Peter later married in Dublin where my Father was born.
Any information would be a bonus.
