more publicity for Rootschat!!!!!
My sister edits cross stitch collection. I drew her attention to the thread about the Castle Combe Sampler recently and guess what is in this months issue? :) :)
Bless her she has put a link to the rootschat page in as well.

Was going to post on the original thread and see if there was any news?
Must go and get a copy :)
Hopefully before it sells out ;D I know there were quite a few people interested in the orginal topic.

That's great Sue :) Any chance the article can be scanned & put on the original thread or would that be a breach of copy right? Only ask as it's highly unlikely I'm going to see it as I live outside the UK. Which edition please as I'll keep my eyes open in case it comes here.

should think it will be breach of copyright :(

Hat's off to you and your sister Sue - Great work!
Has anyone informed the Castle Coombe museum about the article? Just a thought, but they may be interested in putting a transcript of the article on their website and could probably get permission from the publisher of Cross Stitch Collection.
Who'd have thought that Rootschat could get a plug in Cross Stitch Collection? Maybe we should start a competition to see who can plug Rootschat in the most unlikely place? ;D
Regards,
Al

if you look at the link to the original thread you'll see they were contacted. Also the article in cross stitch collection was written by Adrian Bishop the Curator of the museum, for CSC.
