Title: Marriage in Manitoba

I am looking for a marriage between George GROVE born 20 Aug 1899 at Ford End, Great Waltham, Essex, England to a Chrissie? SKED cica 1925 - 1930.
I have two photos: one taken as a family group outside a house which I am told is in Manitoba, the other a photo of Bride & Groom taken by H Henfrey of 115 Tenth Street, Brandon.

George died on 12 Feb 1940 in Montreal with a Brain Tumor.

Any information would be appreciated

Hi, welcome to rootschat...There is a George Grove on the BMD fo rManitoba...
but wed to a Sarah Swindin...1921

It only goes back 80 years for marriages, so if it was any later than 1926 you will not find it yet...plus they may still be backed up and not fully transcribed yet up until then..( was told could be 2 years behind, in all)

The site I gave you isn't working properly right now, so try again at intervals...
not sure what that's about...Normally you can put in just surname only and
get many results, but the site is acting up and not letting me do a thing! J.J.
