thankyou to who has lightened the photo that is alot better.NOW can anybody date it .the groome's name is KARLCHEN HOWARD b ap 1897 .His fathers name :Charles Howard and Lizzie .I found possibly Karlchen as chas in1901 census age 4 .KARLCHEN is his actual name.I have photo of his father which was taken in a GERMAN studio called PILGRIM and MULLER and he was 25 thankyou again. muddy ;D

Given the length and style of the bride's wedding dress, and those distinctive over the brow hats of the bridesmaids, I would say the picture was taken in the early 1920's, but that makes sense anyway by the dates you have given muddypuddy.

thankyou nina for replying i thought so to but i just wanted confirmation Karlchen was found under the name of CHARLES W HOWARD i found a date in my late aunts forgetmenot date book of when he died 1982 his wifes name was elsie and she died 1991.Karlchen means little charles in german so i was told ;D
