Thanks to Nutty1966 and Aspin for rolling that medicine ball (heavy ball for those who dont know). Here is one of Karon on Boxing day 2006 she has just about thrown the walking stick away at this stage of her recovery.

Hi All,
Just to let you all know that I am going to prune the mugshots thread a wee bit tonight.
The idea behind this thread is to show a picture of ourselves.
And just like publishing information about living people we can't post photographs of people without their permission. So I will be removing pictures of people that are not the user themselves.
This seems a bit like overkill and sorry if other's don't agree but the protection of Rootschat and our members is our number one priority.

No that's my nana (my mum's mum) she was an angel sent from heaven and called back too soon.
My middle sister really looks like her. It's teh Somerset look. I tend to take after the Scottish side of my family.

Actually... it was taken on a works outing when I worked for BA. I was caught OFF guard! It was taken by one of my work colleagues.
Oh I forgot to add, I worked with lots of single men at the time ;D oh dear that sounds bad.. It was in the IT dept not many women in IT then

Oh deeiluka, that shearing shed look very much like one I spent many long hot days in here in NSW. But after reading more posts Im guessing that it is in WA somewhere. It is a great shot of Aussie life :)

I remember them blasted nappies....used to boil the nippers terry cloth nappies in the Baby Summat or other Boiler......came out as white as snow......and hung them on the line in the freezing grey Brummigam fog to freeze as hard as a board!

The Little one? I was in Aladdin. I always was the smallest ( and dare I say it the most precocious) I did ballet from four till twelve (Very young on my points I was) and as the smallest and youngest of the corps de ballet. I was the one who had to do the farewell curtsey to the audience.

This is me taken at a posh black tie do a couple of years ago. The other person in the photograph whose hand you can just see is my second cousin Eric who'd been in the same class as me in school, and one of my best friends, without either of us realising we were related (grandfathers were brothers). It came as quite a shock to us both when a great aunt told my father about other relatives that lived near by :)
