looking for descendants of evan henry i williams,born 11.3.1902.parents evan ivor williams and alice francis grantham.died 1990.had sister nancy i williams.
at 1901 census taffs well,eglwysilan.nantgarn.

only sonof evan thomas williams esq.who died 1877 by laura rose,3rd daughter of the late h.william atkinson esq.7th dragoon guards and grandson of evan williams esq.of duffryn j.p. and d.l. (high sheriff of glamorganshire 1857)who died 1878;born 1866; s;1890 married 1890 alice francis 3rd daughter of major grantham,late 98th reg.and has with a daughter a son evan henry ivor williams born 1895,mr. williams is a magistrate for co.glamorgan.duffryn frwd,pont-y-pridd,s,wales.
Hopefully with all this someone can help.the evan henry ivor i am looking for was the son mentioned born 1895.
alice francis granthams father edward was my ancestors brother and i have a wealth of info to share regarding our side of the grantham family.

hi, yes i have found him on the 1901 census.age 6 years.
sister nancy ,mother hilda and father evan ivor williams.
i am trying to find out how i can contact the descendants of any of the family.
his father is described as megno land owner.
your help would be appreciated.

evan ivor williams born 1866 was a rich land owner for co. glamorgan.dyffrynffrwd.pont-y-pridd. he was listed as a magistrate.
his wife was alice francis grantham.
his son was evan henry i williams born 1895
daughter nancy i williams born 1894.
any advice would be appreciated.

i shall have to go to glamorgan sometime to try and look up for myself.
i just thought that if someone had been a magistrate it would have been so much easier to find out something.

Hope you are still on here, I would be interested in any info you have. I currently work at Duffryn ffrwd and am looking into its history.
In case you haven't found it, I believe Evan ifor didn't have any desendants as I found him listed on Alice Francis Williams grave stone in a Porthcawl cenetery
