Trying to find the parents of John Stephen Garrett born Abt 1833 Kirk Anders Isle of man . Anyone .

Hi Cloke,

I think your request would be better posted on the Isle of Man board. 

I believe the Kirk Anders should be Kirk Andreas or just Andreas.  I notice that there is a member submitted entry for John Stephen Garrett on the IGI that states Kirk Anders.  There is also an extracted entry for a John Garrett baptised 23rd October, 1833 at Andreas.  Parents were John Garrett and Jane Kneale.  Do you know what John`s occupation was?  The one above was a shoemakers apprentice on the 1851 census but does not appear on the 1861.   If you want the full transcriptions for the 1841 and 51 let me know.
