Sorry but I can't find it (moved house a year ago and had to throw out a lot of stuff), can't find it on my pc either.
However I can give you the details of the birth and his parents marriage because I kept a list of all the certs that I put on rootschat.

Agnes Gertrude Giddings aged 20 of 60 Seventh Ave - father Henry Charles Giddings deceased, occupation Traveller.
BIRTH PALMER 25 Dec 1903 (Reg Mar 1904) Frederick William son of Frederick Palmer, Licensed Victualler's manager and Agnes Gertrude Palmer, formerly Giddings, of 99 Haslemere Road, Forest Gate, West Ham.
