I just noticed I am a senior. ;D.. when did that happen lol.... ;D I knew I was feeling sick with this blasted cold :'( but to age overnight.. ::). and I still cannot get the bus pass.. :'(

Thats life ..... one minute you're feeling a little down and then wham somebody goes and makes you a senior ...... ::) ;D Its enough to make your hair go grey (er)

Thanks a million Falkyrn,,, and not a grey hair in sight... ( and no comments about failing eyesight) and Jill... yes at least being made a senior did not come with the Zimmer frame too...

My senior moments are coming fast and furious...I'm beginning to get worried ... or I would if I could remember what I am worrying about ermmmm :-\
Mo it has it's good points, you get free prescriptions.
I am NOT of pensionable age yet ... but hubby is. We went in a shop once and I bought 6 tea towels. The assistant only charged me £3 instead of £6. When I pointed this out to her, she said, it's pensioners day today dear, you get them half price. I nearly said..do I look like a pensioner ... but refrained because she might have said yes. Instead I bought four towels and four sheets all half price !
