hi, my gt. grandfather was born in winsford somerset in1854-5 his name was william fisher in 1881 census he was married and living in tonyrefail glamorgan and still there in 1901 has anybody got 1841 or 1851 or 1861 censuses to look him up.

Hi Jere, if your great grandad William was born in 1854, he wouldn't show up on the 1841 or 1851 census's. I have found several Fisher's on the 1851 census for Winsford, so if you know the name of his parents or siblings, perhaps I can help.
I did find one William Fisher, but he was aged 2, so would have been born about 1849.

The only info i have at the moment is that william fisher in the 1881 census says age 36 but now on the 1901 census he is aged 52 he is a railway labourer.
that does make him being born in 1849 i have no info on his parents or if he had any siblings i will have to try and locate a marriage cert from the rhondda valley area or pontypridd.to see what his fathers name is
