Title: A general clean up, please

Please could someone kindly give this photo a general clean-up?  This was taken, I think, on Brighton beach in 1920.  My grandfather was still in uniform at the time: (he had been wounded at the Somme and spent the rest of the war in a pow camp in Germany).
