The House of Manannan Heritage Centre (http://www.manxnationalheritage.im/plan-your-visit/groups/house-of-manannan-group-travel/) which was opened in 1998 explores the Celtic, Viking and Maritime traditions of the Isle of Man.
The Leece Museum, (http://www.peelonline.net/leece) which was established in 1984, is devoted to objects, photographs and documents specifically relating to Peel. Its archive consists of unique documents and photographs which are of particular interest to people interested in researching their family history as well as hisrorians and visitors who have an interest in the life of a busy Manx fishing port of yesteryear.
