Looking for any relations of Joseph Tennant 1814 who married Charity Skinner 1817 they lived in Redbourn Hertfordshire with their 11 children,
Im looking to see if any of their 11 children had children and Joseph parents .
Any help would be great

This is all the information i have on the children i have looked on census for any marriages/children

Hi,
The Hertfordshire Burial Index 1800-1850 records two TENNANT burials at St.Marys Redbourne viz Fanny, no age given, 17Nov1850 and Jane, infant, 19Feb1843.
These would appear to tie in with the info given by Suz.

Puzzling as to how the Pinney's are related. Brother in law could be step brother so maybe Joseph's mother remarried a Mr Pinney?

I can't see Sarah but there is a marriage for Harriett Tennant St Albans district Dec qtr 1873 to William Sibley or James Brown. I can't check census at moment, site not working.

Ive had another look for Sarah i found her with her parents and siblings on 1851 census but cant find her after that, someone has emailed me thou to say that she has a Sarah Tennant 1848 married to Thomas Rance 1849 both born and living with their children in Redbourn. Census 1881,1891,1901 looked under Thomas Rance.

Sarah and Thomas Rance are in Hemel Hempstead in 1871 with son Thomas 8 months. Here is the marriage
Thomas Rance to Sarah Pennant (definitely it is typed) Sep qtr 1869 St Albans. No Sarah Pennant born Redbourn c 1848, so can only assume she got mistranscribed on the way to the GRO.
