These are very tricky!  Here's a stab at the second of the four.  Do you have any idea what these might be about and dates?  That sometimes helps guess what sort of language might be used.  This one seems to be something about unpaid debts - several words I've attempted to transcribe letter by letter and consequently look like gobbledegook.  There seem to be two main characters - Hugh Goodwyn and someone whose name sometimes looks like Crato, Orato or Drato or variations thereof.
